I love what I do, and I can help your team love what they do too. By working in true partnership with you, I bring expert HR support alongside creative training solutions that engage your people, support their development, and strengthen your business from the ground up.

A few brilliant managers set me on the path to my HR career. They coached me, pushed me, and believed in me - even when I didn't fully see my own potential. They showed me how to spark a real passion for work in others, and that lesson has stayed with me ever since.

Outside of work I am passionate about the natural world and spend as much time as possible walking the hills, or working to make my garden as nature friendly as possible.
